      Preparation and Directions<\/h3>
      • Preparation<\/strong><\/li>
      • Put the Okara in the microwave to remove the moisture.\u00a0<\/li>
      • Finely chop the onion and carrot. Dice the tomato.\u00a0<\/li>
      • Finely chop the green chili.<\/li>
      • Cut the ginger small size.\u00a0<\/li>
      • Directions<\/strong><\/li>
      • Put oil in a pan over medium heat and add the mustard seeds.\u00a0
        When they start to pop, add the cumin seeds.\u00a0<\/li>
      • Add the onion, ginger and hing and fry until the onion is transparent.\u00a0
        Add the tomatoes and fry until mushy.\u00a0
        Then add the turmeric powder, carrots and stir fry for a further minute then add 300cc of water.\u00a0<\/li>
      • Cover and simmer until the vegetables are soft (about 10 minutes).Add the soy pulp and salt and cook while stirring.\u00a0\"\"<\/li>
