Fried Tofu (Abura Age) 2pieces
Fermented Soybeans – Natto 40g 1packet
Soy Sauce 1 teaspoon
Pizza Cheese 20g
Directions
- Mix the Natto with soy sauce and Japanese mustard.
- Cut Fried Tofu in half and open slowly to prevent tearing.

- Put Natto and Cheese in it.

- Fasten the top of the fried tofu with a bamboo skewer.

- Place in a hot pan and cook over low heat until browned.

- Serve with Mayonnaise and Shichimi powder as you like.
