1. How do I place an order?
You can place your order anytime through our website.
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive:
- An order confirmation email

- A delivery confirmation email with your delivery date and time (usually sent by 10:00 a.m. the next working day)

2. Can I modify my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be modified on the website once they are confirmed.
If you need to make changes, please contact our support team via Email immediately. We will do our best to assist you before dispatch.
3. How do I cancel my order?

Delivery

1. When will my order be delivered?
Delivery is generally made the next day after the order date (Monday to Saturday).
Orders placed before 10:00 a.m. are typically delivered the same day.
Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. may be delivered the following day.
Delivery time window:
11:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Please note: Delivery timing may vary depending on your location and route planning.
2. Morning Delivery Information – Delhi & Gurgaon
Morning deliveries are available only in the following areas:
Gurgaon:
Parkplace, The Belaire, Sector 42, 43, 53, 54, Sector 28, DLF Phase 1
Delhi:
Vasant Kunj, Vasant Vihar, Defence Colony
Deliveries to all other areas within the Delhi–Gurgaon region will be scheduled during the afternoon.
3. What if I am not at home during delivery?
If you are unavailable:
- The order may be handed to a security guard, or
- Left at your door (if permitted)
Frozen products are delivered with dry ice and remain temperature-controlled for approximately 7–8 hours.
4. Do you deliver to all areas in India?

5. Are there additional delivery charges?
Delivery charges vary depending on:

Payment
1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- International & domestic credit cards
- Debit cards
- Net banking
- UPI
For international credit cards, please select Stripe at checkout. For domestic credit cards and UPI, please select Razorpay or CCAvenue.



2. What if my card payment fails?
As per RBI regulations, some cards may require activation for online transactions.
If your payment fails:
- Please contact your bank to enable online transactions
- Or contact us — we can share a secure payment link or UPI QR code after issuing an invoice

- Cash on delivery may be available in selected areas. Please contact us to confirm.
Refunds & Replacements
1. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
We carefully check all products before dispatch. However, if you notice any issue:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
- Provide clear details and photos (if possible)
We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable. Only unopened products are eligible for exchange.
2. How are refunds processed?
If your refund request is approved:
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method
- It may take a few working days to reflect in your bank account or card statement
Refunds are not processed in cash.
Tax Invoice
A tax invoice is sent by email after your order is placed.
If you require:
- Company name
- GST number
Please enter these details at checkout.
If you require a printed invoice, please mention this in the delivery notes.
