1. How do I place an order?
You can place your order anytime through our website.
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive:
- An order confirmation email

- A delivery confirmation email with your delivery date and time (usually sent by 10:00 a.m. the next working day)

2. Can I modify my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be modified on the website once they are confirmed.
If you need to make changes, please contact our support team via Email immediately. We will do our best to assist you before dispatch.
3. How do I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, please contact us via one of these 3 methods:

Delivery

1. When will my order be delivered?
Delivery is generally made the next day after the order date (Monday to Saturday).
Orders placed before 10:00 a.m. are typically delivered the same day.
Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. may be delivered the following day.
Delivery time window:
11:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Please note: Delivery timing may vary depending on your location and route planning.
2. Morning Delivery Information – Delhi & Gurgaon
Morning deliveries are available only in the following areas:
Gurgaon:
Parkplace, The Belaire, Sector 42, 43, 53, 54, Sector 28, DLF Phase 1
Delhi:
Vasant Kunj, Vasant Vihar, Defence Colony
Deliveries to all other areas within the Delhi–Gurgaon region will be scheduled during the afternoon.
3. What if I am not at home during delivery?
If you are unavailable:
- The order may be handed to a security guard, or
- Left at your door (if permitted)
Frozen products are delivered with dry ice and remain temperature-controlled for approximately 7–8 hours.
4. Do you deliver to all areas in India?
We deliver to selected cities and regions.

5. Are there additional delivery charges?
Delivery charges vary depending on:
- City
- Order value
- Specific delivery zones
In some areas, additional road toll fees may apply and will be charged at checkout. Please contact us via Email for delivery-related charges.
Payment
- Credit cards (International & Domestic), Debit Cards, Net banking, Wallet & UPI
are accepted.
* Please choose “Stripe” for International credit card payment.
*Please choose “Razorpay” or “CCAvenue” for domestic credit card UPI payment.



As per RBI’s directive, w.e.f October 01, 2020, any Indian debit/credit card not yet used for online e-commerce will be blocked for all online transactions. In case of such failure, please contact your card issuing bank to enable online usage.
- Directly order and pay by credit card link or UPI QR picture. If you have any problems with your card not working, you can order directly. Please contact us at info@maindish.in with your area of residence. In that case, you can pay via the credit card link or UPI QR picture after we issue the invoice.

- If you are unable to pay by card or UPI, cash on delivery is also available. In that case, you will still need to place the order directly, so please contact us at info@maindish.in.
Tax Invoice:
We issue Tax Invoice by e-mail after placing order. If you need, please fill in the company name and GST number when checkout. If you require a paper invoice, please mention this in the delivery options section.
* Due to system reason, the shipping location you select first and the address filled in the billing details must be in the same state. In case you need a tax invoice with the address of another state, please contact us.
Modifications:
Once you have placed your order, you will not be able to make modifications on the website. Please contact us for any modification of order.
Cancellations:
Please contact us by contact form or by phone.
Replace and Refunds:
Replace
- We pay close attention to the quality and condition of our products, but if you notice anything wrong, please contact us.
- If the product we deliver is damaged or has a quality defect, we will consider refunding or exchanging it. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Only unopened products can be exchanged. Please check the contents immediately after receiving the product.
Refunds
If you’d like a refund due to a product being out of stock or some other reasons, we will accommodate your request. The refund won’t be made directly from our company, but will be made directly to your bank account or credit card a few days after the refund is processed.
Log In Errors:
In case of log in error, please try to clear history on your browser.
Still if it does not work, please contact us. Then we will issue a new password.
