- Zuke Sauce (Mentsuyu can be used as a substitute)
Soy Sauce – 3 tablespoons
Mirin – 3 tablespoons
Bonito Dashi – 1 teaspoon
Sesame Seed Oil – 2 tablespoons

Rice (steamed)
1 Avocado
Directions
- Mix Salmon and zuke sauce in the storage bag.
Keep in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
- Put rice, avocado, salmon and chopped seaweed on a bowl, and done.
White sesame seed and wasabi also recommended.
