Open Position①: Sales Executive,Sales
Location: Hyderabad and Mumbai (Priority), Bangalore, Chennai,Delhi,Kolkata,Pune
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hotels and restaurants
- Present and promote premium Japanese food products
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience (food industry preferred)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Ability to build professional client relationships
- Interest in Japanese cuisine is an advantage

Key responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records using Tally
- Record and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and process invoices, bills.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Assist in GST filings and ensure compliance with local tax regulations
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors when required
Quolification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role
- Proficiency in Tally (Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime)
- Basic understanding of GST and Indian accounting standards
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and other basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills in English

- Negotiate purchase rates, discounts, and credit terms
- Aim to maximize margins while keeping costs low
- Monitor stock levels avoid overstocking and stockouts
- Use demand forecasting to plan purchases
- Create and send purchase orders to suppliers
- Handle delays or supply issues
- Match invoices with purchase orders and deliveries
- Process payments as per agreed terms
- Find better deals or alternative suppliers
- Build long-term relationships with suppliers
