Open Position①: Sales Executive,Sales

Location: Hyderabad and Mumbai (Priority), Bangalore, Chennai,Delhi,Kolkata,Pune
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with hotels and restaurants
  • Present and promote premium Japanese food products
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience (food industry preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Ability to build professional client relationships
  • Interest in Japanese cuisine is an advantage

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records using Tally
  • Record and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare and process invoices, bills.
  • Assist in bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
  • Assist in GST filings and ensure compliance with local tax regulations
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors when required


Quolification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Tally (Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime)
  • Basic understanding of GST and Indian accounting standards
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and other basic computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills in English

  • Build long-term relationships with suppliers 
  • Decide what products to buy based on demand trends 
  • For retailers: choose items customers want 
  • For distributors: source from brands/manufacturers to supply to retailers 
  • Negotiate purchase rates, discounts, and credit terms 
  • Aim to maximize margins while keeping costs low 
  • Monitor stock levels avoid overstocking and stockouts
  • Use demand forecasting to plan purchases 
  • Create and send purchase orders to suppliers 
  • Handle delays or supply issues 
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and deliveries 
  • Process payments as per agreed terms 
  • Find better deals or alternative suppliers
  • Build long-term relationships with suppliers
