A bold and spicy shrimp dish inspired by Asian-style chili shrimp. Simple ingredients with big flavor.

材料

  • Shrimp (peeled and deveined), 500 g

  • Chili powder, 2 tsp

  • Salt, to taste

  • Cooking oil, 2 tbsp

  • Butter (optional), 1 tbsp

  • Dried red chilies, 5 pcs

  • Garlic, 6 cloves

  • Cumin seeds, 1 tsp

作り方

  • Clean shrimp and marinate with chili powder and salt for 10–60 minutes.
  • Crush garlic and cumin seeds into a coarse paste.
  • Heat oil (and butter if using). Add dried chilies and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp and cook until nearly done, then add garlic mixture and remaining seasoning.
  • Cook until shrimp are fully done and aromatic. Serve hot.
