Ingredients
Butter, 4 tbsp
Shrimp (peeled and deveined), 500 g
Garlic, 2–3 tsp (minced)
Lemon juice, from 1 lemon
Italian seasoning, 1 tsp
Salt & pepper, to taste
Parsley, chopped
Directions
- Melt butter in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp and seasonings, cook until pink.
- Add garlic, cook briefly, then finish with lemon juice and parsley.
