Shirataki noodles are thin, translucent noodles made from konjac flour. Naturally fat-free, very low in carbohydrates, and extremely low in calories, it is high in dietary fibre—particularly glucomannan, which supports digestion and helps promote a feeling of fullness. Shirataki noodles are widely used in Japanese cuisine as a lighter noodle substitute.

How to Use:
Drain and rinse thoroughly to remove natural odour. Boil briefly or dry-pan sauté before adding to dishes.
