分A light and refreshing shrimp salad made with ingredients that are easy to find in India. Creamy, tangy, and perfect as a starter or side dish.
原材料
Shrimp (peeled and deveined), 450 g
Onion, finely sliced, 1/2 medium
Cucumber, diced, 1 cup
Tomato, deseeded and diced, 1 cup
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped, 2 tbsp
Lemon or lime juice, 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise, 1/2 cup
Black pepper, to taste
Salt, to taste
Sugar, a small pinch (optional)
作り方
- Boil shrimp in salted water with a pinch of turmeric until just cooked. Drain and let cool.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon or lime juice, salt, pepper, and sugar if using.
- Add shrimp, onion, cucumber, and tomato.
- Gently toss until evenly coated.
- Chill for 15–30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
