Grilled Mackerel seasoned with Mirin

Japanese Mackerel Fillet 1 fillet
Mirin 80cc
Soy Sauce 20cc
Directions
- Cut mackerel fillet into 3cm width.
Then sprinkle salt and leave for 15 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce and mirin.
Wipe off excess water and salt from the mackerel with kitchen paper, and soak it in mixed sauce.
Wrap it and keep in fridge for around 2 hours.
- Place aluminum foil on the toaster tray and put drained mackerel.
Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds.
- Bake in a toaster at 250℃ for 5 minutes.

- Please enjoy with steamed rice. It is also recommended for lunch boxes.
