Easy Ramen Recipe with Somi Ramen Soup
1. 原材料
- Ramen noodles
- Somi ramen soup portion(Paitan,Miso or Shoyu)
- Ramen soup portion Paitan
- Ramen soup portion Miso
- Ramen soup portion Shoyu
- Toppings(Spring onion, sweet corn, Wakame seaweed, Pork chashu,Layu chilli oil etc)
- Freeze dried spring onion
- Canned sweet corn
- Wakame seaweed
- Shiitake mushroom
- Pork chachu sliced
- Layu

Right one : Handcrafted frozen ramen noodles 130g – Thin and soft ramen noodle produced by Japanese Item’s Link
Center one : Itsuki Chuka men 500g – Hot and cold ramen noodles, suitable for both. Thick and chewy noodles. Item’s Link
Left one : Akagi Chuka men 180g – Middle thickness and a little bit hard texture noodle.Suit for strong and rich flavor ramen noodles like Miso and Dan Dan Noodles. Item’s Link
2. Boil Ramen noodles
Pour water into pot and boil ramen noodles as per packet direction. It depends on noodles.
3. Prepare soup
Put ramen soup portion to ramen bowl and pour 400ml hot water into it. If you’d like to add ginger, garlic and some other paste seasonings,add this timing and mix well.
4. Yukiri – drain the hot water
After noodles are boiled, pour noodles into strainer and move the strainer up and down to drain the hot water.

5. Final part – topping
Put ramen noodles into soup and a little bit mix it. And add your favorite topping on the ramen noodles.
