Juicy shrimp sautéed in butter and garlic with a bright lemon finish.

材料

  • Butter, 4 tbsp

  • Shrimp (peeled and deveined), 500 g

  • Garlic, 2–3 tsp (minced)

  • Lemon juice, from 1 lemon

  • Italian seasoning, 1 tsp

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Parsley, chopped

作り方

  • Melt butter in a pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add shrimp and seasonings, cook until pink.
  • Add garlic, cook briefly, then finish with lemon juice and parsley.
