Stressed? Don’t be — enjoy the comforting taste of bancha, an underrated Japanese green tea known for its mild, woody and slightly rustic flavour. Harvested later than sencha, bancha is naturally lower in caffeine and gentle on the body. Use approx 3g tea leaves for 1 cup of tea as a guide.
作り方
1. Boil water fully
2. Place tea leaves and boiling water into a teapot. Steep for 30 seconds.
3. Pour the tea out until the last drop.
