Made exclusively from Japanese-grown yuzu peel, this finely chopped zest is individually frozen to retain aroma and flavour.  No additives or colourants are used, and both the stem and inner white pith are carefully removed during processing.

Simply use what is required directly from frozen condition – without thawing the entire pack.
